I was torn between three stars and four, but the price definitely makes it a four. This does have the mouth feel of a Darjeeling, but really doesn't taste like a Darjeeling (to me, anyway). Then again, I'm used to first flush, and this is second (not to mention a blend), so my judgment could be skewed. It is still a lovely cup of black tea with an almost fruity nose, but a wonderful taste. It just wasn't quite what I expected. Do try it!

This is a comfortable everyday blend. Like a nice inexpensive table wine,it goes well with any food,but won't raise your eyebrows and elicit a WOW.

This company never ceases to amaze me. Just when you think that an outstanding tea at this price is as good as it gets...they go and make it organic! If that doesn't make it a five-star tea, I don't know what does. A prettier, more flavorful, better value in an everyday Darjeeling (and now organic to boot) cannot be found anywhere - and believe me, I've looked!

I feel like putting four stars on this but I wonder if that's just a psychological thing because I know it's a blend. Frankly, this is a really good tea and when I look at the price, I gotta go with 5 stars. It consistently delivers the characteristic darjeeling taste, cup after cup with a great mouth feel and finish. Great staple to have around.

I tried this Darjeeling blend for the first time last night. It was a little stronger than some second flushes I have tried, but that was not a detriment. It was fun to drink with animal crackers at the ready. My favorite part of the tea was, surprisingly, the aftertaste!
