Classic Darjeeling muscatel aroma and flavor, with a pronounced muscatel finish. No bitterness or astringency. Compared to #149 Castleton, the #144 Goomtee has a bit of malt, but is less complex. Maybe the two would make a nice blend. Medium in boldness. A tasty tea!

Very happy with this tea. Lived up to the description given on the website. Multi-dimensional, good mouth feel, delivered that muscatel / hint of tannin flavor that I'm looking for in a good darjeeling.
