Has some nuttiness and some complexity, and is a pleasing tea. But this year it is little too light a tea for me, and also is low on the muscatel flavor. So for 2008, I would say the Castleton 2nd flush is more satisfying, even though that does not have the same nuttiness and complexity.

This is a great everyday tea, fantastic flavor,get two to three infusions.

Too light for my tastes. Doesn't have the characteristic muscatel of Darjeeling black teas. It does have an interesting light berry note.
