Quick brew time. Very important to not over brew. Otherwise you will miss out on some of the nuanced flavors. Well rounded, very full, smooth flavor. Good without sugar, but the addition of sugar gives it a dessert quality. Fruity without tending toward any particular fruit. A sophisticated tea.

I find myself reaching for this tea more often than not -- the very best Darjeeling I've ever tasted. Smelling the dry leaf is part of the pleasure of this tea -- earthy yet sweet. The medium gold cup is so smooth with dry leaf scent carrying through along with some ripe fruity nuances. I highly recommend this tea and hope that it will always be available.

I like bold, full bodied teas, but this mild tea is still one of my favorites. The light muscatel doesn't get in the way of the delicate fruity and "green" undertones. No hint of astringency or bitterness. Tasty tea!
