This organic tea my house table tea. You can abuse by over steeping, and it doesn't go bitter on you. This is good for people who chronically ignore their tea timer. There are better teas, but not for this awesome price.

A nice tea, although I personally like the Hazelbank better in this price range. I don't get the "biscuity" thing. There are lots of other flavor notes here, including medium malty and a bit of cocoa, but they are all restrained. This tea might really work for someone with a younger nose...
