A bit pricey, so you'll want to save it for those times that warrant a special treat. Breath in the aroma of the infused leaves, let the tea cool a bit and sip it slowly. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: A tea Drinker, Somerville, MA July 03, 2008 I received this tea as a free sample, brewed it at the maxium recommended brewing time, water just boiling, and wasn't crazy about it. Then I tried brewing it at about 190 for just 2.5 min. and it made a world of difference. It's an unusual tea, somewhere between a second flush darjeeling and an oolong. Brewed correctly, it gives off a nice fruity aroma and is quite satisfying. I'll be ordering some in the near future. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: Jereme , Hardy , Merrimack ,NH May 21, 2008 This is the worst tea I've ever had. Brewed Gong Fu style for 40 seconds, the infusion aroma was almost non existant, with an underlying citrus aroma. The smell of the spent leaf revealed more orange zest like aromas. Intrigued, I tried my first sip, which was terribly bitter. I've had over steeped sencha was was more pleasant than this tea. I'm glad this was a free sample! ![]() |
