The scent of this tea is sweet and almost like sugar coated rose petals. The taste is distinctly rose, no bitterness at all. It's lovely and I will enjoy it often. It's the first I've tried, but will most likely be my favourite.

A gift package from England introduced me to this wonderful tea. It quickly disappeared and I immediately came here hoping it was available. Since then Its' balanced scent, flavor..hot or cold, and just overall comfort ,has put it number one with my other scented teas, Jasmine and Black Current. Brew it quickly or slowly, sweet or plain and and sit on your veranda eyes closed, the Mediterranean stretching out before you!!!:)

I go throught a lot of this. I steep it for 8 to 10 minutes and add cream and a touch of sugar. No matter how long you steep it, it just doesn't get bitter. I've steeped it as long as 30 minutes before drinking.

Absolutely delicious! It was good steeped for 3 minutes but even better when (inadvertently) steeped for 6 minutes.
