My favorite tea!

The tea has an abundance of bold leaves and tips, which infuse has a very light yellow liquor. The taste is delicate, not unlike a more assertive Bi Lo Chun. A variety of flavor notes make it an interesting sipping tea. Definitely a quality product with a pleasing, full taste.

This is my "I could drink this all-day tea"! It's soft, sweet with a subtle vegetal note. I think the second infusion is better than the first and the third infusion is excellant too. I keep the temp. on the low side. Thanks for a great tea!
