Hmmm...this one is a little odd. Not much chocolate taste and very chicory. However, pepper or clove or something else make it not real good also. DEFINATELY order a sample before you commit to a larger quantity.

Ughhh - I didn't like this one at all. I love most of what I buy from Special Teas, but if you don't like chicory root, you are not going to like this tea. It is very heavy on chicory and not a lot of chocolate at all.

This is the best blend! I am totally addicted to it! I actually do not filter this melange, but rather just put it straight into the mug. SO then I eat the mix as well as drink it! Outstanding.

Please do not compare no. 601 to hot chocolate. That's unfair since this is a tea. But it's a very good tea. Not a lot of body, but great aroma and taste with a balanced spiceyness. I bought this for my sister who became addicted to something similar at a friend's house. We both enjoy it very much. The chocolate flavor is light, but definitely discernable - though, I might try making it stronger (2 tsps) next time and see if it makes the chocolate flavor stronger. We enjoy it two ways: straight, which is light; or with milk and sugar, where it morphs into a light chocolatey-style chai. Overall, definitely a new favorite.

This stuff is delicious. Tea lovers and tea haters alike will enjoy this dessert tea. It makes me think of Mexican hot cocoa and ginger snaps, but it has a lot less carbs (tee hee).
