Very nice. It retains the flavor of matcha (though not as strong), but is more convenient to brew, if that's important to you. I enjoyed it very much.

This is a wonderful tea. It's very forgiving to brew - I've managed to use too-hot water as well as leaving it too long without having any trouble. It's pleasantly slightly cloudy in the cup. Very smooth, pleasant flavour with a bit of nuttiness to it. Nothing sharp or bitter about it. I brew it twice before I dispose of it, could probably get a third but haven't tried. Second cup is very similar to the first, nicely consistent. It's also a slightly guilty tactile pleasure - I must admit to working the pieces back into a paste with some cold water and playing with it a couple of times when disposing of them. Silly, but fun!
