What a charming tea this is! I greatly love sencha, but almost always feel a little disappointed in the actual sencha before me. This is very different, without the deep grassiness of a sencha, but instead a gentle, slightly sweet flavor pretty much without astringency.

Some vegetal characteristics, but strikes a balance with floral and fruity notes. More character than a typical sencha. A green tea -- without being "too green"! I'd definitely reorder this one.

This tea is absolutely delicious. If you are fan of higher grade senchas and crave the sweet vegetal flavor then you won't be dissapointed.
