This tea is so yummy! When I was a kid, little wild strawberries grew all over my grandmothers property in the mountains of North Carolina. We’d go out and pick them by the bucketload and then my grandmother would make strawberry cobbler with drop biscuit dumplings. That is exactly what this tea tastes like. It’s like biting into warm cooked strawberries that are sweet and slightly tart. As it cooled, I started to pick up some floral notes, but they are definitely background flavors. I am normally disappointed in fruit herbals, but this one is great. I added a touch of agave nectar to this before I even tasted it. It probably doesn’t need it.

I was very surprised by this tea. I enjoyed the strawberry flavor very much, but it was the creamy flavor that blew me away. It's not a fruity type tea, it's more of a relaxing creamy base as described. If you want something that will mellow you out and also tickle your taste buds this is it.

As an iced tea, the strawberry cream was a bit disappointing. The strawberry flavor is extremely muted, even when brewed with boiling water for a considerable amount of time. What flavor it does have, is a little underwhelming. If you'd like an iced tea with more pronounced fruit flavor, try the japanese cherry green tea or fruit paradise, they're both fantastic.
