This is an excellent tea, for tea novice as well as seasoned tea drinkers. The green is not vegetable, or grassy tasting. You can over brew this tea with no negative effects, no harshness or astringency at all. Quickly became a favorite of mine. I don't believe in spending a fortune on my tea, and this tea is reasonably priced. I would recommend trying this tea, I like it better than the non-organic, I think this tea has more flavor than the non-organic. Excellent with a little honey, but this tea is naturally sweet, so go easy on the honey.

This tea is the most favorite tea for my husband and I to drink. It has an amazingly fresh taste with a hint of fruitiness to it. As a special treat, we put a little honey in it. It is such a nice complement to the tea. Without this tea I don't know what we would drink. I highly reccomend trying this tea.

This is on behalf of my wife. The only tea I make for her she likes consistently. A green tea that for her has all of the positive characteristics of green tea without any of the negative. She also appreciates the possible health values.
