I followed the instructions but brewed for just over 1 minute instead of 2, and the tea was not at all bitter. Lovely strawberry scent over a nice, mellow base.

Finally, a tea my young daughter and I can enjoy together with a fresh baked batch of stones (scones w/o fruit). I catered a mother & daughter tea with 150 guests - the strawberry white tea was finished off first with pleas for refills. A wonderful find. Palatable raw or enjoyed with milk & sugar! Yum!
