My favorite Tea is Earl Gray, but I drink so much that I needed to find a black decaf with a fruit flavor that I could drink all day. While this doesn't have the body of Earl Gray, it has a fantastic mango flavor. I brew by the instructions on the packet (2-3 mins) and use one pack of sweetener. I don't find this tea to be bitter at all, as other reviewers state, when brewed that way. I will be a repeat customer for this tea.

After reading the comments from other readers, I followed the brewing instructions and used boiling water for just under 2 1/2 minutes and the tea was very pleasant and fruity tasting, with no bitterness or astringency at all. I have found that with black teas, decaf or not, it is very important not to get too heavy-handed when measuring the tea, or it can be harsh tasting. I give this tea two thumbs up!

Update to my last review. I tried brewing this tea at a MUCH lower temp, and most of the bitterness was gone. Sweetener took care of the rest. I'd still like to try making sun tea, but we're in the middle of moving, so it'll be a while before I get to try that.

This smells wonderful, but produced the most bitter tasting tea immaginable. I'll try making sun tea with it and see if that cuts down on the bitterness. Bitter, bitter, bitter.
