My mom, an experienced tea drinker preprared it and it was WONDERFUL. Makes a huge difference in taste when you know how to prepare tea. Obviously, i didn't. I will definitely order it again. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: Frieda Gogh, Shelton,CT March 03, 2009 I can't understand why some people think this tea is not coconutty. In the past, it really did not have much coconut flavor, but the new recipe with the big coconut strips is so much more flavorful than before. I love to blend this tea with other flavors. One of my favorite teas to blend it with is with Chocolate Cream -- when I'm dieting I try to convince myself it's a Mounds bar! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: MARISELA DELGADO , LINCOLN ,CA February 24, 2009 I couldn't really tast the coconut flavor. I don't think I'll order it again. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: A tea Drinker, Stockton,CA January 21, 2009 I liked this tea, I wasn't sure what to expect, so I had no expectations. But it was nice, not coconutty, like I thought it would be. It smelled nice, I'm not sure it would be a heavy repeater for me however. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: LAURA , NEWTON , HILLSBORO ,OR January 08, 2009 This coconut tea is very good. I would definitely order it again. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: TISHA R , CLUCK-GUTIERREZ , GALT ,CA February 15, 2008 Blend Coconut tea with Mango and you have an exhilirating concoction that sends you to an island dream with just one sip. A delicious and pleasant tea hot or iced! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: Jennifer , Cheung , Elmhurst ,NY January 15, 2007 I have to agree, I didn't really taste the coconut flavor as well. I'll make it stronger next time and see if I taste any. And, it smelled and tasted exactly like the "Green Tea with Coconut Bits" (not sure if this is the exact name). I would recommend buying / trying one of the two since it tastes exactly the same. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: A tea Drinker, Blair,NE December 23, 2006 I was a little disappointed with this one. It didn't really taste like coconut to me. Just a hint here and there. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: A tea Drinker, USA, NA April 24, 2006 Strong coconut aroma and flavour. The natural coconut adds some astringency(?) to the taste of the tea. I like to add lots of sugar. It would be interesting to try it mixed with the real Vanilla or Almond tea. Definitely recommended for coconut lovers. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: A tea Drinker, KEIZER ,OR March 26, 2006 I am a big fan of coconut and this tea does not disappoint! As noted by another reviewer, it does taste like an Almond Joy bar but is actually more satisfying and without the calories. While coconut is listed as the sole flavoring, I detect a light chocolate taste as well. This is excellent as a dessert tea or to warm you on a cold winter day. Surprisingly, it also makes great iced tea for a tropical-like treat. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: Anna from Hoboken, Delicious. This tea is superior to any coconut confection I've ever eaten. Reminds me of an upscale, sophisticated "Mounds" bar, but much, much better. Simply liquid candy! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: Nancy Dowling, I start craving this tea as soon as the cold weather comes. The coconut flavor is rich and slightly sweet, and adding milk (and sugar to taste) just completes the richness. I never tire of it! ![]() |
