This is one of my favorite teas to drink at work. It perks you up in the morning without the jitters and it can calm your nerves when the going gets rough. It doesn't even need sugar! The lemon grass adds a great undertone to this mix. I'd recommend this tea to anyone. Just word to the wise: don't burn the leaves with too hot of water! The tea will become very bitter! If you're using a hot water machine, wet the mate with cold water before putting it under the hot water spout. This will protect the taste and your tongue!
