Very fresh, not grassy. You can actually get by using just a teaspoon in a cup. Granted, it's merely peppermint leaf, but it is organic, and it is high quality. If you don't grow your own, you probably cannot find better anywhere.

the best peppermint tea ever! Deliciously fresh, great fragrance. I drink mostly black tea, rooibos, and green teas, but at night I must have a cup of this wonderful peppermint tea. In the winter I drink it all day long to keep me warm, and in the summer I make iced tea with it, it is a success among friends. A must try!
