Are you looking for a full-bodied malty Assam with lots of flavor? This is your tea. Its broken leaves infuse to a dark, hearty liquor with a pronounced malty flavor. Add just a touch of milk to bring out a slight honey note. A wonderful, satisfying Assam.
Recommendations: Use 1 level tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water to a roaring steep for 3-4 min. Try with milk and rock sugar.
