The Nuwara Eliya region has the highest-situated estates in Ceylon. Teas from this district are called the "Champagne of Ceylon" teas. Partly due to the slow growth of the plant in extremely high altitudes, this broken leaf Ceylon is full of aroma and flavor with a fresh, lemony taste. Try with milk.
Recommendations: Use 1 level tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water to a roaring boil; steep for 2 min. Try with some rock sugar.
