This tea, from the renowned Jungpana Estate, has an excellent leaf appearance with many silvery buds. The infusion is bright auburn in color, has a nutty, sweet aroma and wonderful muscatel flavor, rounded off with fruity undertones.
Recommendations: Use 1 heaping tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water to a roaring boil; let steep for 2.5 min.
