A very aromatic Darjeeling that comes highly recommended. It is a mature and complex Second Flush from the award-winning Namring Estate. The liquor has a rich golden color and a nutty, somewhat almondy flavor. A great Darjeeling also for the newcomer.
Recommendations: Use 1 heaping tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water to a roaring boil; let steep for 3 min. Try with some rock sugar.
