We are pleased to once again have this extraordinary and rare Second Flush Darjeeling. The organically grown Darjeeling Silver Tips are produced by hand rolling and sun-drying. The leaves exhibit hues of silver and pale green, a remarkable color range when compared to the characteristically dark leaf of a typical Darjeeling. The infusion has a unique fruity sweetness and a complex, fruity bouquet. The flavor is complex as the aroma unfolds and reveals a different dimension with every sip. A must try for any tea enthusiast.

Recommendations: Use 1.5 tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water to a roaring boil; let steep for 2 min.
