Our classic Earl Grey is a blend of Assam, Ceylon and Nilgiri teas. It is full- bodied, with the intense and pleasant, citrus-like taste of the bergamot fruit. Enjoy as breakfast or afternoon tea.
Recommendations: Use 1 level tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water to a roaring boil; let steep for 3 min. Try with some milk and rock sugar.
