535 China Yunnan Green Imperial
This Superior Grade Yunnan Green Silver Tips stems from an earlier harvest than No. 532. The leaves are bolder, but with a higher concentration of tips. The cup color and body are lighter, the aroma more complex with pronounced fruity- nutty flavor. A very likeable tea at an outstanding price.
Recommendations: Use one level tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat freshwater until it is briskly (not boiling); let steep for 1.5 min. Try a second infusion.
