572 Darj Selimbong Green FTGFOP1 Organic
 This Darjeeling Green from the Selimbong Estate will delight both Darjeeling and green tea drinkers alike. Certified organic since 1995, the Selimbong garden has adopted biodynamic practices and is certified Biodynamic by Demeter International, Germany since 1998.
Delicate and light bodied with a pale yellow infusion, it has just a hint of vegetal flavor and is somewhat fruity with whispering floral notes.
Recommendations: Use 1 level tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water to 180 degrees; let steep for 1.5 - 2 min.
