547 Superior Lung Ching (Dragons Well)
 A classic top-grade Lung Ching with beautiful leaf appearance and true Lung Ching characteristics. Almost immediately after the leaves come in contact with hot water, an intense sweet-nutty aroma emerges. The golden-green liquor reflects delicate, yet pronounced chestnut notes that persist for at least three infusions. A truly wonderful green tea with a wide appeal.
Recommendations: Use 1 heaping tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh, cold water until slow steam rises (160° F); let steep for 2 min.
