I mix up my own version of finely ground chai spices to sprinkle in with my choice of loose tea and this filter manages to keep my tea smooth and clean without any sediment. I highly recommend it! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: A tea Drinker, CORPUS CHRISTI ,TX March 10, 2009 I bought one of the small sized filters because I was frustrated trying to clean my "Smart Tea Maker" at work. I will never go back to the maker. The filter works great, doesn't stain, is a snap to clean, and makes a great cup of tea with no sediment. I am ordering a another one for home and a larger one for my teapot. Great Product! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: A tea Drinker, RENTON ,WA November 21, 2007 I use this all the time in my 4-cup teapot. With it, a pot of tea is a breeze to make, and I don't end up with little bits of tea floating around in my cup like I do with the ceramic filter that came with the pot. And, forgive the sacrilege, it makes it really easy to re-use the same tea leaves for a second pot. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: A tea Drinker, DUXBURY,MA May 23, 2007 This is, in my opinion, the gold standard for brewing tea leaves. It is easy to use, and easy to empty and clean out, and priced right. This is my third (cause they last a long time, but not forever). ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: Steven , Littiebrant , Appleton ,WI February 28, 2007 Faaantastic. I've used a plastic one for a year, and while it brewed well, there were always particles that leaked through the bottom (which had bigger holes to encourage draining). None with this. The plastic one also didn't allow anywhere near as much water movement, so teas weren't completely brewing. It ALSO took a long time to drain and dry... This is much much better. The only gripe I have is that the top doesn't snap in place like my plastic one does... oh well. I've switched, this thing is better by far. Quite possibly the best tea filter I've come across. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: A tea Drinker, APO ,AE February 04, 2007 After enjoying the ease of the paper filters, i purchased both sizes of the filters for my pots. these are really great. easy to use, easy to clean, economical, and provides much more space for the leaves to unfurl and steep than the paper filters. cant live without it! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: A tea Drinker, Baton Rouge ,LA February 28, 2006 Perfect size for mugs, easy to handle and a breeze to clean. Also, brews a great cup of tea with not sediment. Glad I got this one. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Reviewer: A tea Drinker, LAKE WORTH ,FL September 28, 2005 I have always loved loose tea, but hate having tea particles in my tea! I've tried them all... spoons, balls, paper filters, they all failed to produce a clean cup of tea. As a result, I have always used tea bags even though the quality of the tea isn't quite as good. NOW, however, with my permanent tea filter I can enjoy loose tea! NO tea particles escape the fine mesh! It's easy to clean with a simple rinse. I've used my filter for over a year and now am back to buy another since my puppy decided it looked like a tasty chew toy. ![]() |
