This Irish Breakfast tea is a blend of broken Assam, Nilgiri and China blacks. The aroma reflects the heartiness of the Assam as well as the smoothness and slightly lemony taste of the Nilgiri.

Recommendations: Use 1 heaping tsp. per 6 oz. cup; heat fresh water to a roaring boil; let steep for 3-4 min. Try with milk and rock sugar.
