Shipping Rates and Policies

We ship to almost any address in the world. Prompt order fulfillment is very important to us. With very few exceptions, orders placed by 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same business day.

The following chart shows the shipping options and associated rates. 

Please note, free ground shipping for retail orders over $50.00 applies to orders shipping to one address.  Choose the "Standard Shipping" option for the offer to apply.  For orders with multiple ship to addresses, a shipping fee of $3.95 will be applied per shipping address.  Wholesale orders are excluded from this offer.

* Priority Mail Service shipping rates cover all USA and the following territories, possessions and protectorates:
American Samoa (AS), Federated States of Micronesia (FM), Guam (GU), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Palau (PM), Puerto Rico (PR), Virgin Islands (VI).

Tracking your Packages

To check the status and track your orders, click on "Your Account" on the top right corner off all web pages and follow the link to: "View your Order Status and Track Orders".

You will see the Order Status Table, listing your current and your previous orders. The shipment tracking number will appear in the "Tracking#" column if the order was shipped either via UPS.

To track these orders, just click on the tracking number and wait for a screen to appear with the tracking results.

The U.S. Postal Service does not assign tracking numbers to its packages (this includes Priority Mail shipments). You may, however be able to get   information on these packages by contacting your local post office or your letter carrier.

Return Policy

To return an item within 30 days of purchase, simply indicate the reason for your return on your invoice, include it with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post.

If you do not have your invoice copy, please indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper.

International Shipping Rates

1. For orders consisting of tea only

For shipments to all other international locations that contain tea only, please refer to the following chart. To accept the shipping charges, select "All other International Locations" on the preceding page. Please note, that the shopping cart will not reflect the shipping charges to the countries listed below. They will be added once we have received your order and verified that there are no import restrictions in place for the items you have selected. All orders will be confirmed via e-mail.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

2. International Shipping charges for orders that include accessories and other non-tea items:

The shipping charges will be quoted via e-mail once the weight of the package was determined.In most cases we will quote the Air and the Surface shipping rates as well as approximate shipping time. We will  ship and charge for such orders only after receiving your shipping charge authorization.
