The Packaging of our Teas
Maximum freshness is one of our main concerns. All teas are packed in special 4-ply pouches and heat-sealed; this guarantees air and aroma tightness. With the exception of the 1/2 oz. sample and the 2 lbs. bags, the pouches have a heavy zip-lock for easy re-sealing of opened bags. Teas ordered in ½ lb. and 1 lb. are packed in the ¼ lb. bags to extend freshness.
To ensure superior brewing results, each bag carries a label with specific brewing instructions. This label can be removed and reused on any container you may choose to store your teas in.
Our sample packages contain 1/2 oz. of tea, enough to brew between 5 and 7 six-ounce cups. We ask for your understanding that the limit per order is 12 samples.
